I haven't posted a while now. It's because I lost interest in Pacquiao vs Mayweather because it will never happened. But today I decided to post anyway. Somehow deep down inside of me I really want to see this fight. Here is the news:

According to Manny Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. brushed aside an offer of $50 million to face the Filipino WBO welterweight champion. Koncz claims that a country outside of the United States made a massive offer of $100 million to stage the contest. Under a previously agreed 50-50 split, Mayweather would have received half of that money. During the last few months, groups located in South Africa and within several countries in the Middle East have been contacting Pacquiao's promoter, Top Rank, with big offers to stage the Mayweather fight.

"A country that I won't name offered us $100 million to bring the Mayweather fight there,"

As for the fans a lot of them are pretty pissed right now.Well who can blame them. The world is still waiting. It looks the mega fight is now officially over. Here is the fight we wanted the most and it's not going to happen. Let me know your thoughts on the comment section.

It's another win for the pound for pound king of boxing. Pacquiao won against Clottey by unanimous decision. Pacquiao now 51-3-2 (38 KO). It was not much of a fight. I think you would probably agree with me that it was a one side fight and a bit boring. Pacquiao throwed 1,100 punches against Clottey who throwed 140 punches during the fight.

Ever since current WBO welterweight title holder Manny Pacquiao blitzed Ricky Hatton–who was trained by Floyd Mayweather Sr. for the fight–in two rounds back in May of this year, Floyd Mayweather Sr. has contested that Pacquiao has been taking HGH and performance enhancing drugs. In fact Floyd Sr. has stirred the pot so much with his allegations of Pacquiao taking PED’s that Manny will be tested Olympic style in the weeks leading before his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. in March of 2010 which was later canceled. But what about his son? Could Floyd Mayweather Jr be the one actually using PED?

Pacquiao vs Mayweather is a bout that many boxing enthusiasts desired to watch.  Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather, Jr was such a pleasing bout because Pacquiao is presently pound-for-pound the best fighter in the league. Floyd Mayweather, Jr used to hold that distinction, and has an undefeated record.
